Thank you for shopping with us! All of our products are made to order using a network of trusted print-on-demand partners. Because we work with multiple suppliers, production and shipping times may vary depending on the item you purchase.

Order Processing Time

Each item is custom-made once your order is placed.

• Processing typically takes 2–7 business days
• During busy periods (holidays, sales, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer

Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled by different suppliers and shipped separately.

Multiple Shipments

Since we work with various production partners, items in the same order may:

• Arrive in separate packages
• Be shipped at different times
• Have different tracking numbers

You will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Your location
• The products ordered
• The supplier fulfilling each item

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Delays & Issues

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

• High demand periods
• Postal service disruptions
• Customs processing

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched, but we will do our best to assist you if issues arise.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
